Although the majority of people clean their tiles weekly, most of them aren’t using the correct product for tile cleaning. They’ll use a supermarket cleaner that will in fact make their tiles dirtier, not cleaner. Why? Because with these cleaners, which are alkaline-based, a film will be left on the tiles. And that means they will soon re-soil.
We also hear many complaints about dirty grout, even if the tiles themselves are clean. That’s caused by mopping, which simply moves dirt into the grout from the tile surface. All Aces Services can prevent this with our grout-sealing service, which uses a natural-look penetrating sealer to keep out discolouring dirt. This will also stop liquids getting in and causing staining, and is a service we recommend.
All Aces Services makes use of truck mount extraction and the most up-to-date equipment to ensure the best possible cleaning and leave those tiles both superbly clean and looking beautiful. The system we use for grout and tile cleaning is completely unique, utilising machinery which can run at pressures up to 3,000 psi and temperatures as high as 121 degrees Celsius.
Our service doesn’t stop when we clean your tiles. We know you want to keep them looking that good, so we use pH-neutral cleaners and high quality mopping systems to ensure this.
Below you can see photos from one of our cleaning jobs, carried out at Norman Park in southern Brisbane. The tiled area was a balcony, and suffered from a considerable amount of dirt, as well as some staining from rust. The before and after photos show the difference with the rust staining: we lightened it by 90%, which left the client extremely satisfied with the tile cleaning work we had done.
