Our hard floor cleaning division based in Murarrie on the south side of Brisbane offers tile cleaning that includes cleaning of the grout as well. Most people who have tiles usually are concerned with the grout being dirty. This is usually due to the type of tiles that they have in their property. For example ceramic tiles are not porous so the tiles look clean but the grout is looking dirty due to the grout being porous and the dirt sitting in the grout lines.

We recently did a clean for a client located in Acacia Ridge in Brisbane.
As you can see from the photos, where the rug sat was quite visible when it was lifted from the surface, and it shows just how soiled the tiles had become over time. To look at with the rug down it did not appear dirty, when really the area was quite soiled.
All of our technicians are fully trained through the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning & Restoration so they know how to identify different types of tiles and how best to clean them. Our technician Abe was able to get a remarkable result for the customer which can be seen in the finished photos.

Grout Sealing
The grout can be sealed to retain its natural look by using a penetrating sealer. Once the sealer is used, it prevents penetration by liquids and therefore does not develop stains. The grout can be well maintained and looks new over a longer period of time.
All Aces Services can do tile sealing on all different types of sealable tiles, we can also offer a Bio Safe option for people who are concerned with solvent based products being used in their home.
